Send a deletion request

1. Email support@timelinerapp.com from the email address registered with Timeliner.
2. Use the subject Delete my Timeliner account and say that you want your account and its associated data deleted.
3. We verify ownership before deleting anything and confirm when the request is completed.

This button opens an email draft. Review and send it to submit your request. If it does not open, copy support@timelinerapp.com into your email service. Never send your password, payment-card details or private timeline content.

If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact the same support address. We will help you verify ownership through another appropriate method.

What will be deleted

Deletion covers your Timeliner account and associated personal data: saved timeline cards and descriptions, dates, arcs and their links, imported events, preferences, usage and access records that no longer need to be retained, and public timeline snapshots. Your shared links will stop working.

Account deletion is permanent. Save any information you want to keep before the request is completed. Copies that someone else has independently saved are outside Timeliner’s control.

Processing and retained records

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. After verifying ownership, we will tell you when deletion will be completed and notify you if additional time is needed.

Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations. Limited backup copies may remain until their retention period ends. Our response will identify any retained data, the reason and the applicable retention period. See our privacy notice for more information.

Where our service providers hold associated data on our behalf, we also request its deletion, subject to their applicable legal retention obligations.

Subscriptions

Uninstalling Timeliner or sending this request does not itself cancel an active subscription. Cancel renewal through the service where you subscribed; for a Google Play purchase, use Google Play subscriptions.

You can send a deletion request while a subscription is active. Tell support if you need help stopping renewal so that this can be handled alongside your request.
